2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it voluntarily, in particular through the "Book a call" form on the site. The fields requested are:

• First and last name
• Company
• Email address
• A short description of your case or request

The site does not use advertising profiling cookies. Only if you consent via the banner do we use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. More details in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Data collected through the contact form is processed exclusively to:

• Respond to your request for an initial discovery call;
• Manage the correspondence and any resulting contractual relationship.

The legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you submit the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. How we process data and who receives it

Submission of the contact form is handled through Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the form's content to our email address. This involves a technical transfer of the data entered into the form to Web3Forms' infrastructure, which may be located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. The service acts as a data processor solely for the purpose of delivering the message and does not use the data for its own purposes.

Beyond this, we do not share your personal data with other third parties, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate consent.

5. Data retention

We retain data collected through the contact form for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship, and in any case no longer than required by applicable legal or accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the FADP and the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we process about you;
• Request correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Request its deletion, subject to legal retention obligations;
• Object to or restrict processing;
• Request portability of the data you provided;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
